It has been in the past and will be in the future
our policy to allow customers to have a direct pipeline to the various department heads at
the Gidy-up Gourmet. If for any reason you are compelled to voice a comment, whether
it be a grievance, a complement, or a simple suggestion, please feel free to direct a
response to one of three of the departments listed below. Each department
will make every possible effort to respond to your questions and comments. We
take great pride in knowing we're going the extra mile to stay in touch with our most
prized possession, you, the customer. We look forward to doing business with you.

Gidy-up Gourmet
Ordering from
our online catalog is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply enter the shopping phase of our
online catalog from one, or any of the product categories listed in the left column of the
home page (product catagories being hot sauce, salsa, party favorites, sauces, t-shirts,
and cook-books). Once inside the group product pages you can pretty well maneuver
your way around the various pages by using the left side navigational column. To begin
your ordering process simply find a hot sauce or other product and click the on
the left of the product or click the on the right side of the product. As
you can plainly see we do have a main objective "BUY". This will
take you to an individual product page that gives you a picture and discription of that
particular item. If that's what you want just hit the order button (if you would
like to purchase more than one of a partcular item, simply change the quantity before
clicking the order button). After you order navigate back to whatever catagory you
wish by again using the links in the far left column. You can bounce from page to page,
product to product, the shopping program keeps track of what you have in your
basket. When your ready to check out simply go up to the right hand corner and hit
he checkout button which will take you to the secure order form. It's really easy,
even I can do it. Please feel free to enter in the shopping area and practice.
You can cancel the order and stop the process at any time by simply leaving the web
site. All of your information will automatically be erased.
We ship worldwide for your
convenience. All items delivered within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS. On your
order form, please enter a street address for delivery as UPS cannot deliver to a post
office box. The Gidy-up Gourmet uses a shopping program that incorporates a UPS
chart which automatically figures in the exact amount of shipping. That means that
you, the customer, doesn't end up paying for any hidden handling charges.
For shipment outside the continental
U.S. please contact craig@gidyup.com for other
shipping arrangments. We'll seach to find you the the lowest rate for your shipment,
then we'll e-mail you a shipping quote for you to consider before placing an
order. All orders are processed immediately and we will notify you of any possible
delays.

Our online catalog offers the latest
data-encryption technology, meaning all sensitive information transmitted between you and
us is secure. Your web browser must support the SSL (Security Socket Layer) protocol.
Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer have integrated support for SSL.
When using secure checkout you might
notice two things occurring.
1. A key or lock will highlight in
your browser notifying you that all transmissions are secure (encrypted).
2. The URL (address) will change to
our secure server address.
If for some reason you are wary about sending
credit card information over the Internet, we also accepts orders via our toll free phone
number (1-800-542-7391) or fax your order to (1-480-507-3784).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and
American Express. Credit-card transactions subject to verification by issuing bank.
We stock all of these sauces in our store at
Goldfield Ghost Town. If you are in the Phoenix area we invite you to come by and purchase
the sauces (and save the shipping charges). If you would like take a quick peek at

Exchanges
and Returns

All shipments for the Gidy-up Gourmet are via UPS
and returns must be routed through UPS. Shipments being returned must be first
authorized by the Gidy-up by sending an e-mail to craig@gidyup.com
. The Gidy-up upon approval will then send a call tag to UPS to have shipment picked
up. It is the responsibility of the recipient to bring to the attention of the
UPS driver any damages to the package that might have occurred during transport, and if
damages have occurred to open that package in the presence of that driver. This is
absolutely essential in recovering payment from UPS. The Gidy-up Gourmet will
promptly replace your order if the rules above are adhered to.
